CANCELLATION POLICY
Need to reschedule? No problem!
You can change the date of your tour for free if you let us know at least 7 days in advance.
If you need to reschedule within 72 hours of your tour, we can still accommodate the change, but there will be a 15% rebooking fee.
Less than 24 hours’ notice? Unfortunately, we usually can’t make changes at this point. However, we understand that unexpected things happen—if you have a serious health issue, a flight cancellation, or a natural disaster affects your plans, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations and changes as best as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.
1. Cancellation by the Customer:**
– More than 30 days before the tour date:
Customers can cancel their booking for a **full refund**, minus a small processing fee (if applicable), up to 30 days before the scheduled tour date.
– Between 15 and 30 days before the tour date:
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
– Less than 15 days before the tour date:
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour will not be eligible for a refund. However, customers may request to reschedule the tour to a later date (subject to availability and an administrative fee).
2. No-Show Policy:
– If a customer fails to show up for the tour without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
3. Changes and Rescheduling by the Customer:
– Rescheduling requests can be made up to 15 days before the tour date without any additional fees, subject to availability.
4. Cancellation or Changes by the Company:
– In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational issues. In such cases, customers will be offered:
– A full refund of the tour cost.
– The option to reschedule the tour to a future date.
5. Group Tours:
– For group bookings, cancellations or changes must be made at least 45 days before the tour date to receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees. If a cancellation occurs within 45 days of the tour, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the tour are not eligible for a refund.
6. Special Circumstances:
– If cancellations are due to medical emergencies, travel restrictions, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate each case individually and may provide refunds or credit toward future bookings at our discretion.
