Q: Do I need to pay for my kids to join the tour?
A: Great news! Kids under 12 can join most of our tours for free. However, for our “More Than Just Tapas” experience, there’s a 50% fee for kids under 12.

Q: I tried contacting you, but I didn’t get a response. What should I do?
A: Oh no! If you haven’t heard back from us, please check your junk/spam folder first—sometimes our emails end up there. If you still can’t find our reply, feel free to reach out again via WhatsApp (+34 622 682 545) or email (info@barcelonadreaming.com). We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

Q: Is food and/or drinks included in the tour?
A:Some of our tours include food, drinks, or both, while others don’t. Be sure to check the details for the specific tour you’re interested in. If your tour doesn’t include food and drinks but you’d like to take a break for a snack or a drink, just let us know in advance, and we’ll plan for it!

Q: My tour includes tickets/entrance to a museum or activity. Is this price included in the tour?
A: Yes! Any entrance fees mentioned in the tour description are already included in the tour price. The only exception is for custom-built tours, where ticket costs will be arranged separately with you.

Q: I booked a tour, but I don’t know the meeting or starting point.
A: No worries! You’ll find the meeting point details in your booking confirmation email. Plus, we’ll send you a reminder email with this information two days before your tour.

Q: I’m at the meeting point but can’t find my guide. What should I do?
A: Look for the guide wearing a “Barcelona Dreaming” hat (see photo 📸). If you still can’t find them, check the reminder email we sent two days ago—it includes their contact details so you can reach out directly.

Q: Do you offer tours in languages other than English?
A: Yes! While most of our tours are in English, we also offer tours in Hebrew, Spanish, and Catalan. If you’re interested in a different language, reach out through our contact page, and we’ll see what we can do!

Q: I booked a tour but I want to change the date or time. Is that possible?
A: Of course! Check out our rescheduling policy for all the details on changing your tour date or time.

Q:Can you help me book other things in Barcelona besides the tour?
A: Absolutely! We’re happy to help with:
